Customer Grievances Redressal Process:

Please contact our customer service manager sailesh.mulleti@financedoctor.in for any grievance or complaints. For example, non-receipt of Statement of Account, discrepancies in Statement of Account, wrong or unauthorized switches between schemes, deviation from scheme attributes, failure to update email/mobile/bank details, non-receipt of redemption proceeds or dividend, or mis-selling/wrong scheme sold.
